Thank you for submitting a story. Please only submit true stories which you are a witness of. If you have a story that happened to someone else, please have them write or dictate the story to you for submission. You can choose to allow us to reveal your identity or not.

Now for the legal stuff:

I submit the following story for publication on the Executive Connections, Inc. stories web page. I understand that only stories of which I have first hand experience (or which have been dictated or written to me by those who have had first hand experience) will be considered. I understand that there will be no payment made for the story, and it will be made available for all to read. I understand that I will be given credit for the story if I so desire, or my name will be withheld if that is what I desire. I will hold The Executive Connection, Inc, harmless from any actions or copyright infringements incurred by their publishing or making my story public. I will either change the name(s) of those involved, or obtain their permission to use their names. If names are not changed, I will give The Executive Connection permission to obtain a release from such parties for publication. I will retain rights to tell or publish my story, as long as such rights are not exclusive to The Executive Connection, Inc. using the story on it's web page. I understand that if The Executive Connection, Inc. chooses to publish my story in a collection that I will be contacted for permission to do so. I give The Executive Connection, Inc. permission to edit my story to make it more readable, condensed, or to correct grammer and spelling.
